'Bannkreis Psychedelia' is the first demo by 3-piece Psychedelic Black Metal outfit named 'Sichel'. It blends a mixture of both punk and folk infused black metal in the vein of Dutch and Swedish outsider groups with elements of 70s and 80s psychedelic and kraut rock. Lyrically inspired by H. D. Thoreau, W. Whitman and Greek mythology, these songs serve as an opposition to a futile life in an overly industrialized society and it's disrespect of Mother Nature.
